1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a vendor or buyer on MSUKASHA B2B, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
MSUKASHA B2B is a B2B wholesale marketplace. The platform may only be used for legitimate commercial trade between verified businesses. Personal use, retail transactions, and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
3. Vendor Obligations
- Maintain accurate product listings and stock levels
- Honor confirmed orders at the listed price and MOQ
- Dispatch orders within the stated lead time
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
- Comply with all applicable Pakistani trade and tax laws
4. Buyer Obligations
- Place orders only for genuine business purposes
- Complete payment within the agreed terms
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Report quality issues within 48 hours of delivery
5. Fees & Commissions
Platform commissions are deducted from vendor payouts on completed orders. Fee structures are published on our Commission & Fees page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and code is owned by MSUKASHA. Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant MSUKASHA a license to display it on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
MSUKASHA acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality issues, or delivery failures beyond our direct control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements at any time with or without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
