1. Eligibility Requirements
To register as a vendor on MSUKASHA B2B, you must be a legally registered business entity in Pakistan with a valid NTN or business registration number. Individual sellers are not accepted — this platform is strictly for B2B wholesale trade.
- Valid NTN certificate or business registration document
- Minimum registered capital of PKR 5,00,000
- Ability to fulfill bulk orders with consistent quality
- Valid CNIC of the authorized representative
2. Product Listing Standards
All product listings must meet our quality standards before going live. Products must be accurately described, legally allowed for trade, and available in the stated quantities.
- No counterfeit or replica products
- Accurate stock levels must be maintained
- MOQ must be set at a minimum of 50 units
- Product images must be original and accurately represent the product
3. Pricing & MOQ Policy
Sellers must honor the listed price and MOQ at the time a buyer places an order. Price changes after order placement are not permitted unless both parties mutually agree.
4. Order Fulfillment
Sellers are required to confirm orders within 48 hours and dispatch within the stated lead time. Repeated delays or cancellations may result in account suspension.
5. Commission Structure
MSUKASHA charges a platform commission on completed orders. Commission rates vary by category — see our Commission & Fees page for full details.
6. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations including fraudulent listings, repeated order cancellations, negative buyer feedback, or failure to maintain product quality standards.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through our dedicated mediation team. Sellers are required to respond to dispute notices within 72 hours.
