How long does vendor approval take?
Vendor applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional documents are required.
How do I update my product pricing?
Log into your seller dashboard, go to Product Listings, select the product, and click Edit. Price changes take effect immediately but do not apply to existing confirmed orders.
When and how do I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed every 15 days via bank transfer. The minimum payout threshold is PKR 5,000. You can track your earnings and request payouts from the Payments section of your dashboard.
What happens if a buyer raises a dispute?
You will receive a notification via email and dashboard. You have 72 hours to respond with evidence. Our mediation team reviews both sides and issues a resolution within 5 business days.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Order cancellations after confirmation are strongly discouraged and may result in a penalty or account warning. If you have an unavoidable issue, contact support immediately to initiate the cancellation process.
How do I upgrade my listing to Featured?
Go to your Product Listings in the seller dashboard, select the product, and click "Promote Listing." Featured listings cost PKR 2,000/month per product and appear at the top of category searches.
